About Computer Science
The Department of Computer Science was established in the year 2001 with the
introduction of the course B.Sc Computer Science by the Management.
It is noteworthy that 15 Batches of graduates has passed out in this department till now.
At present we have B.Sc., Computer Science , Information Technology and BCA in UG Programme , M.Sc., Computer Science in PG Programme and M.Phil. Computer Science in Research Programme in this department is achieving many things in all ways in academic and also in extra activities. In this department has two spacious, air conditioned computer laboratories. They are equipped with 150 computers of the latest configuration. All systems provide access to high end softwares and are Wi-fi enabled, providing access to Internet which can be extended. The labs are equipped with LCD projectors to aid the learning process. An online UPS system is used to provide uninterrupted working environment to the students Many of the students has scored University Ranks in this department. Students has performed well in all types of competitions conducted by various colleges and won many laurels. This department conducts seminar and workshops every year to facilitate the students in various domain of knowledge.
