The Bharathidasan University has established the Institute for entrepreneurship and career Development (IECD) with a view to fill the serious gap in our educational system, The education produces the employment seekers in the form of graduates rather than employment generators in the form of entrepreneurs.

The vision is to create opportunities for the under privileged in the field of education in particular, and in the overall society as well.

Mission

To make the students sound enough in boosting their morale through providing University's certification. To organize entrepreneurship and career development programmes and entrepreneurship for the various target groups and to conceive, design and operate various skills based and career oriented certificate programmes, for the students.
